Short version: we collect what's needed to make your video and take your payment, and nothing is sold to anyone.

What we collect

• The URL you submit and the publicly visible content of that site: text, images, brand colors, and screenshots of the live page. That's the raw material of your video.
• Generated assets: storyboards, captures, music, sound effects and narration created for your project, cached so re-watching is instant.
• Your email address, which the setup step asks for before directing your video. We use it to send you the link to your video and to follow up about that project. We do not sell it or share it, there is no newsletter, and asking us to delete it deletes it.
• Payment records: handled by Stripe. We store the payment status, amount, and a reference id, and never your card number, which Stripe alone processes.
• Voice recordings, only if you use voice cloning: your ~30-second sample and consent attestation. Samples are not publicly accessible, are used only to narrate your own videos, and are deleted, locally and at the provider, when you delete your voice.

Cookies

One functional cookie links your browser to your cloned voice, if you make one. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Processors we rely on

• Stripe: payments.
• Anthropic: the AI director that writes storyboards from your site's material.
• ElevenLabs: narration, voice cloning, and music generation.

Each receives only what its job requires (site material for direction, script text and voice samples for narration, payment details for checkout).

Retention & deletion

Projects and generated assets are kept so your links keep working; a delivered export stays re-downloadable forever. Want a project, voice or your data removed? Email us and we'll delete it: hello@reelrun.ai.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correction, or deletion at any time via the address above.
